Terms of Service

You may use the Site to browse our catalog and place orders. You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the Site, attempt to access accounts or data that aren’t yours, scrape or bulk-copy the catalog for a competing service, or use the Site to break the law.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, and we may refuse service or cancel an order at our discretion.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at cs@pdqshirts.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission. The information you give us must be accurate and current.

We sell blank apparel sourced from third-party distributors, and both prices and inventory change frequently. Prices, stock levels, and delivery estimates shown on the Site are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, and inventory shown reflects our suppliers’ reported quantities rather than a reservation.

Despite our efforts, listings may occasionally contain errors in price, description, image, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any error and to cancel any order placed against incorrect information, even after the order is submitted. If we cancel an order you already paid for, we refund it in full.

An order confirmation is an acknowledgement that we received your order, not our acceptance of it. Acceptance happens when the order ships.

Product photography and color names come from our suppliers. Screens render color differently and dye lots vary, so the garment you receive may not match your screen exactly. If exact color matters, order a sample before committing to a large run.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not promises. They depend on carrier performance and supplier warehouse processing, neither of which we control. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession.

The Site, including its design, text, and PDQ Shirts branding, belongs to Streber LLC. Product names, images, and trademarks belong to their respective brand owners and appear here to identify the goods we sell. You may not use our branding without written permission.

If you submit artwork or content to us, you confirm you have the right to use it and you grant us permission to use it as needed to produce and fulfill your order.

If you post a review or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the Site. Don’t post anything unlawful, misleading, infringing, or offensive. We may remove content at our discretion.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Streber LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or business, arising out of your use of the Site or any order. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Streber LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site, your breach of these terms, or artwork or content you supply to us.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York.

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
